Volunteer Onboarding/New Lab Member Reporting
This School of Medicine Volunteer Hire Application is an online form accessible only through the Med School Apps website that should be used to report any type of new laboratory member. A volunteer is anyone performing work without salary (UCR and non-affiliated). All volunteers must complete the necessary volunteer hire paperwork in order to be tracked for liability and workers' compensation purposes.
The information is used to attain necessary UCR paperwork, assignment of laboratory safety training modules and provide necessary access to buildings and/or systems.
